Returns Policy
We hope that you love your items, we have put a lot of attention and care into making for you, but if for any reason you need to return them please read our returns policy to find out how to do so.
Returns Policy
For items to be returned and to be accepted back to us with a full refund given to you we need to receive the items in the condition they were sent out to you.
Any items that have been visibly worn, washed, have marks/dirt on them, rips etc won’t be accepted as this is not how they would have been sent to you.
Items sent out with tags must return with all tags left on them for the refund.
All items will be checked by a member of our team as soon as they arrive back to us.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item and MUST contain a note with your order number, name and reason for return.
If this isn’t provided we can’t issue a refund as we won’t know where the item has come from and no refund will be given.

Returns are to be paid for by the customer and will not be paid for by Fenland Farming Adventures.
We therefore recommend using a trackable service and keep proof of postage for your records should anything go wrong.
We can not refund anything that doesn’t get back to us and are not responsible for the item unless we receive it back to us ……and we wouldn’t want that stress for you.
